Our apps — including Safarispel — are licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use by you and your family. When you buy an app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is governed by that store's terms as well as these.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or resell our apps or their content.
All content on this website and within our apps — including the noenoe and Safarispel wordmarks, watercolour illustrations, audio, and code — is the property of noenoe and protected by copyright. The Safarispel animal illustrations, audio facts, and gameplay are original works.
App purchases are handled by Apple or Google and refunds follow their policies. If you experience a technical problem, email support@noenoe.co.za and we will do our best to help.
Our apps are designed for children aged 3–8, but we expect them to be purchased and installed by a parent or guardian. Please supervise screen time appropriately.
We make our apps with care, but they are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted use, bug-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim relating to our apps is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at noenoe.co.za/terms.html.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
